ABOUT THE COMPANY

TECHSTEEL LTD.

The company was founded as a small trade business in 2001. Due to the increase in the volume of orders and expansion of services, a limited liability company called TechSteel Ltd. was established in 2008.

We are engaged in the production of single-purpose machines, as well as locksmith custom production. We provide not only partial services, but also complex deliveries, both for small customers and for large industrial manufacturers. We offer production and assembly of elements of technological equipment, such as conveyors, machine frames, hoods, platforms, as well as production and assembly of building locksmithing, such as steel structures, railings, gates, footbridges, bridge sections and other structures made from standard quality steel, aluminum or stainless steel. We also have equipment for metal machining.

We provide subsequent surface treatments - hot-dip galvanizing, galvanic zink coating, powder coating (komaxit) or painting. We provide subsequent polishing or anodizing for stainless steel or aluminum materials. We are also able to custom manufacture non-standard constructions according to the customer's wishes, both semi-finished and finished products, such as conveyors, machine frames, hoods, platforms and many others. Our activities also include assembly or disassembly of technological components and equipment in the Czech Republic and abroad. We will arrange transport, installation and professional advice for the order. Our prices are negotiable.

CERTIFICATES

The company TechSteel Ltd. has a certificate of the internationally valid standard management system ISO 9001: 2008, certificates for welding processes according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2: 2005 and 3834-2: 2006 and the production of steel structures.

HOSOV OPERATING STATION

The company's premises consist of an administrative building, a warehouse and a 1400 m2 large production hall. The office building is the seat of the company's management.
